Welcome to Essentials Kenya. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at essentialskenya.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. About Us
Essentials Kenya is a skincare brand based in Nairobi, Kenya, offering pure, toxin-free skincare products made with Kenyan-produced oils and hydrosols.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, and images on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product you receive does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Skincare products may produce different results for different individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new product. Essentials Kenya is not liable for individual skin reactions.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain errors in pricing or product information.
- Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed via M-Pesa. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
- An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver within Nairobi only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns for:
- Products that are damaged or defective upon delivery
- Products that differ materially from what was ordered
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at contact@essentialskenya.com. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Refunds will be processed via M-Pesa within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Essentials Kenya or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
